January 2024: Bima Municipality Inflation of 0.23 percent

Abstract

In January 2024, year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Bima City will be 2.65 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.03.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in ten of the eleven expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 5.08 percent; personal care and other services group at 2.43 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 2.25 percent; transportation group by 2.19 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 1.47 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 1.31 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 0.92 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.73 percent; education group by 0.65 percent; health group by 0.42 percent.

The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate and year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate for Bima City in January 2024 are 0.23 percent each.
