January 2025: Bima City Inflation (Y-on-Y) of 0.87 percent

Abstract

In January 2025 there was y-on-y inflation of 0.87 percent, or an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 105.03 in January 2024 to 105.94 in January 2025.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases indicated by the increase in eight of the eleven expenditure group indices, namely: education group by 21.97 percent; personal care and other services group by 7.47 percent; health group by 5.48 percent; food, beverage and tobacco group by 1.94 percent; food and beverage / restaurant supply group by 1.53 percent; recreation, sports and culture group by 1.45 percent; clothing and footwear group by 1.23 percent; household supplies, equipment and routine maintenance group by 0.46 percent.

The m-to-m and y-to-d deflation rate amounted to 1.20 percent.
