December 2024: Bima City Inflation (Y-on-Y) of 2.33 percent

Abstract

In December 2024 there will be y-on-y inflation of 2.33 percent, or an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 104.79 in December 2023 to 107.23 in December 2024.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the index of all expenditure groups, namely: education group by 21.97 percent; personal care and other services group at 6.49 percent; health group at 5.26 percent; food, drink and groups

tobacco by 1.63 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 1.20 percent; clothing and footwear group at 0.86 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 0.70 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group at 0.59 percent; transportation group at 0.33 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 0.51 percent; and the information, communication and financial services group at 0.18 percent.

The m-to-m inflation rate and y-to-d inflation rate were 0.32 percent and 2.33 percent respectively.
