Abstract

In June 2023, the City of Bima experienced inflation of 0.18 percent or an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 113.88 points in May 2023 to 114.08 points in June 2023.

The calendar year inflation rate (June 2023 to January 2023) is 0.70 percent and the 'year on year' inflation rate (June 2023 to June 2022) is 2.79 percent.

Inflation in June 2023 of 0.18 percent occurred due to an increase in the CPI in Bima City as indicated by rising prices in the commodity group with a large share, namely the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Commodity Group by 0.64 percent and the Housing, water, electricity, and household fuel by 0.93 percent.
