Abstract

The provision of public services at PST BPS Bima City is very good. This can be seen from the acquisition of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) value in terms of service to consumers produced by Bima City BPS. The Service IKK received a score of 96.89, an increase of 3.11 points from last year which was included in the Very Good category. Apart from excellent service, the percentage of data consumer satisfaction with data access and facilities and infrastructure shows very good consumer satisfaction, namely 100%.The practice of anti-corruption behavior in providing public services at PST BPS Bima City is also very good. Reflected in the value of the PST BPS Bima City Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) (97.35), it can be perceived that in general consumers at PST BPS Bima City assess that the services provided are very far from corrupt practices.
