Gender Statistics of Bima Municipality 2020

In order to improve the welfare of the population in a sustainable manner, the Regional Government requires data on the socio-economic characteristics of the population, because the population in development does not only act as a subject but also as an object. The characteristic condition data generated through surveys can be used as planning material as well as an evaluation to improve the welfare of the population of the City of Bima, the BPS City of Bima has published the publication of Gender Statistics for the City of Bima in 2020 which presents statistics and indicators of women in development. The City of Bima Gender Statistics 2020 presents data on women in matters relating to population, household social status, education and employment, although in its presentation it is more of a general phenomenon. The main data sources used are mostly the results of the 2020 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and the results of the 2020 National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas). The presentation of information is described simply in the form of tables, pictures and brief descriptions for easy access. Hopefully this publication can be useful for human resource development, especially gender empowerment.
