On Tuesday, July 17, 2024, the BPS Kota Bima and the Regional Government of Kota Bima have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) related to Sectoral Statistics Development to Improve the Competence of Government Apparatus in Kota Bima towards One Data. The MoU signing was carried out by the Head of BPS Province NTB, Drs. Wahyudin, along with the Acting Mayor of Bima, Ir. H. Mohammad Rum, MT, represented by the Secretary of the Regional Government of Kota Bima, Drs. Mukhtar, MH. This activity is expected to be the starting point for the development of Civil Servants to better understand statistics.
In addition to the MoU signing agenda, there was also a presentation from several speakers with the theme "Uncovering the Meaning Behind the Numbers and Facts of Stunting in Kota Bima". The activity was led by moderator Mr. Ilham with several speakers:
Head of BPS Kota Bima, Tuti Juhaeti, with the title "Overcoming Poverty, Eradicating Stunting",
Secretary of the Health Department of Kota Bima, Syarifuddin, S.Sos, MPH, with the title "Towards a Stunting-Free Kota Bima",DPPKB Kota Bima, Muhamad Ilham, SKM, with the title "Preventing Stunting from Family". In addition to the presentations from the speakers, the Sectoral Statistics Development System (LENA SYANTIK) was also introduced, which is a Learning Management System based on a website.
