Processing SP2020, Continued Stages After From The Field

The 2020 Population Census field enumeration activity (SP2020) has been completed. However, the series of SP2020 activities did not stop there. The next activity carried out is the processing or data entry process. This activity was carried out to transfer the draft population list from the field enumeration results to the digital population list.

The series of processing of the SP2020 results starts from receiving and batching, namely receiving documents from the results of field officers, then next is editing and coding, which is checking the document entries to minimize errors, and next is the document entry stage, which is the document is entered into the digital population list which is then sent to the center.

This time, SP2020 processing is done online with a web-based program. This makes it easier for the central BPS to monitor the progress of SP2020 processing in real time in every region in Indonesia. In addition, this online entry system can minimize errors because there is a validation feature that works immediately when the queuing process is carried out.
